Zach has always been passionate about health and fitness, leading him to earn a bachelor's degree in fitness and wellness management from Brigham Young University in 2009. He then became a personal trainer, developing his skills for five years in exercise prescription and helping a diverse clientele reach any goal from weight loss to increased strength and sports performance. He then decided to further his knowledge and skills by becoming a physical therapist, earning his doctorate from the University of Utah in 2018. He enjoys treating a diverse orthopedic population utilizing functional exercise and manual therapy with special interest in athletes returning to sport. As a San Francisco Bay Area native, Zach is new to Arizona and enjoys trail running, weight lifting, movies, and obstacle course races.
