Kathy has been a practicing physical therapist for over 24 years after graduating from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1995. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology which coordinates well with her practice philosophy. Kathy believes strongly that the complete biomechanical chain must be addressed, and muscle imbalances corrected to achieve long-term wellness for the individual. She utilizes manual therapy, dry needling, myofascial cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and therapeutic exercise to maximize her client’s outcomes. She is experienced in treating musculoskeletal issues as well as prosthetic training and post-CVA/TBI diagnoses. In her spare time, Kathy loves spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, doing yard work and hiking & backpacking.
