Alisha earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ in May of 2016. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training giving her additional experience with athletic populations and acute orthopedic injuries. During school, she pursued supplementary learning opportunities in neurological rehabilitation, where she discovered a passion for treating people with Parkinsons disease and Multiple Sclerosis. She also has experience and continued interest in manual therapy, geriatrics, and spine rehab. Alisha was raised in Mesa, and has moved back to the Valley to be closer to her parents and three younger brothers. In her spare time she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her dogs and her new niece and nephew.
