Mission Statement

The mission of 360 Physical Therapy is to provide every patient exceptional quality care in a comfortable, well equipped environment by professional, skilled and compassionate therapists. Our therapist-only philosophy shall provide each patient with the highest skilled service on each visit thus promoting more efficient and positive clinical outcomes. Additionally we strive to develop loyal and enduring relationships with our staff through open communication which fosters a functional and rewarding work environment.

Core Values - Teamwork, Integrity, Education & Service are the TIES that bind 360 together.

Teamwork: The employees of 360 work and play hard together as a team. With multiple clinics around the valley, teamwork within clinics, across clinics, and on a personal level is one of our keys to success.

Integrity: 360 was started with the vision of having a physical therapy practice that provides patient care without the use of technicians or trainers. 360 was founded on integrity which is defined as the adherence to moral and ethical principles. These principles are carried through in both our business and our patient care practices.

Education: We strive to keep our therapists up to date on the latest treatment techniques through ongoing support of continuing education. We encourage our staff to grow and develop their professional skills with financial reimbursement and paid time off in order to attend such courses.

Service: 360 Physical Therapy has a heart for service. As a company we support several organizations including ICAN, the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center and Phoenix Rising for Haiti to name a few. We also encourage our employees to be involved with projects that touch their hearts and frequently assist in their endeavors to do so.
